Deb’s Story
Discover the journey, inspiration, and creations of Deb Hannu, a visionary artist dedicated to transforming emotions and stories into captivating visual masterpieces.

Where it all began…
Deb has been selling creations since she was about ten years old! She made quilled earrings, pompom animals with magnets, and other items for a consignment store called The Gingerbread House in Robbinsdale, Minnesota.
Deb always been interested making things with her hands. Besides jewelry-making, painting, and paper mache, she dabbles in sculpting, sewing, digital art, and crocheting, to name a few. Deb also grows vegetables and raises honeybees as a small farmer (check out Uncle Herman’s Farm), and recently retired as a public school art teacher.
The title Natasha’s Things came to be simply because Natasha has always been one of Deb’s favorite names. As many have heard, keep what you like close to you. Same goes for Deb and her muse, Natasha’s Things.
Deb lives in Duluth, Minnesota with her husband, Pat, and cats, Bennett Elton and Stella Jeanette.
